REP-TAT-P-1131-02 Install chain tensioner

- Drain the oil chamber in the chain tensioner when reusing the chain tensioner.
Place the chain tensioner on a level support, slowly compress and relieve it.
Repeat the procedure twice.
- Replace sealing ring (1).
Parts : Sealing ring
- Tighten chain tensioner using the illustrated tool.
- Install chain tensioner from the top and tighten it by hand.
- Bend the wheel arch cover slightly to the side.
- Tighten chain tensioner (1) from below.

- Install the wheel arch cover correctly.
- Tighten down screws (1) and (2).
- Tighten nut (3).
