11 41 115 Installing and removing/replacing hydraulic valve for oil pressure control (B48B)

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove FULL-FLOW OIL FILTER .

Removal:

Release engine encapsulation (1) in area of hydraulic valves.

Unscrew transmission bolt (1) by a few turns.

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Release screw (2).

Unscrew the transmission bolt until the hydraulic valve can be removed.

Remove hydraulic valve (1).

Installation:

Parts: Replace O-ring (1).

Oil O-ring (1).

Install hydraulic valve (1).

Tighten screw (2).

Tightening torque: 11 41 6AZ .

Connect the connector (1).

Tighten the transmission bolt.

Tighten the transmission bolt (1).

Tightening torque: 24 00 1AZ .

Tightening torque: 23 00 1AZ .

Relocate engine encapsulation (1) correctly.

Required reworking:

Install FULL-FLOW OIL FILTER
Check engine for tightness
