Remounting the track rod end
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Perform wheel alignment after installation.
Perform wheel alignment after installation.
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Determine dimension (A) to simplify subsequent setting of front axle.
- Slacken screw (1).
- Unscrew the track rod end, if applicable, counter support the track rod with the open-end spanner.
- Screw on the track rod end to this dimension (A).
- Tighten down screw (1).
