REP-TAT-P-1251-02-B58 Install the wiring harness for the Valvetronic servomotor

Overview of wiring harness for the Valvetronic servomotor
- Dimension between the Valvetronic servomotor and the cable routing = 150 +10-5 mm
- Dimension in the cable routing = 150 ±5 mm
- Dimension from the cable routing to the tension relief G01 = 205 mm
- Dimension from cable routing to tension relief G11, G12, G30, G31, G32, G38 = 190 mm
- Dimension from the cable routing to the tension relief F30, F31, F32, F33, F34. F36 = 160 mm
- Overall length from the servomotor to the DME control unit = 705±5 mm
- Position the wiring harness for the Valvetronic servomotor as shown in the overview and install.
- Connect and lock the connectors (2) to the DME control unit.
- Connect and lock all connectors (1) to the DME control unit from back to front.
- Fasten the wiring harness for the Valvetronic servomotor on the cable duct (2) with the cable ties (1).
- Mount the cable duct on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Cable duct to intake plenum 4 Nm - Mount the tank vent line (2) on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Tank vent line to intake plenum Oval-head screw Tightening torque 3 Nm - Unlock the connector (1) and detach it off the Valvetronic servomotor.
