33 33 001 Replacing left or right rear axle support compression strut

Driving without compression struts is not permitted!
Risk of damage!
The rear axle support must be supported at the front if both compression struts need to be replaced.

Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove TANK COVER.
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque, refer to: 33 33 2AZ .
Installation note:
Replace screws.
Release screw (2) and remove compression strut.
Tightening torque, refer to: 33 33 1AZ .
Installation note:
Check threads for damage; if necessary, repair with Helicoil thread inserts. Refer to: NOTES
