REP-TAT-P-1134-25 Replacing the valve stem seals

• Remove the valve stem seal (1) with the special tool 0 490 796 (11 1 480)  .

• Remove oil and dirt from the contact surface (1).

• Position the new valve stem seal (1) in the special tool 0 493 249 (11 6 380)  .

• Protect the sealing lip of the valve stem seal (1) from damage using the enclosed assembly sleeve.
• Connect the enclosed assembly sleeve to the valve stem prior to installation.
• Press the valve stem seal (1) with the special tool 0 493 249 (11 6 380) up to the stop on the cylinder  head.
