REP-TAT-P-1112-26 Installing the cylinder head on the special tool (turbocharger removed)

• Loosen the bearing journals (1).
• Remove the guide rail (2) towards the top.

• Loosen screw (1).

NOTE: To provide a better overview: View from below.

• Completely position the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 362 (11 9 000)  .
• Position special tool 0 494 368 (11 9 003)  . Tighten the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 368 (11 9 003)  .
• Position special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004)  . Tighten the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004)  .
• Turn the clamping device by 180°.
