Removing The Transmission Cross Member For The Transmission Bearing

CAUTION: Component with heavy weight. 
Injury hazard! 

• Note component's center of gravity.
• Support component using a jack.
• Secure component against falling off the jack.

• Support transmission with special tools 2 219 012  and 0 495 498 (23 4 050).

• Loosen screws (1).
• Loosen nuts (2).
• Remove transmission cross-member.
