Removing and installing/replacing controller drive for charging power socket

• Disconnect HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM FROM POWER .
• Observe SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for handling with hybrid cars

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove CHARGING SOCKET LIGHT UNIT .

Removal: 

Unscrew nuts (1).

Release screw (2).

Remove the charging power socket (3) forwards.

Remove lever (1) including tensioning strap.

Unlock and disconnect connector (1).

Unlock the retaining lugs (2) and remove the controller drive (3).

Installation: 

Install controller drive (3) and lock retaining lugs (2).

Connect and lock the connector (1).

Install lever (1) including tensioning strap.

Install charging power socket (3).

Tighten screw (2).

Tighten down nuts (1).

Required follow-up work: 

• Install CHARGING POWER SOCKET LIGHTING UNIT .
