11 61 365 Removing and installing/replacing front left charge air duct (N55) (X6 xDrive 35i, X6 sDrive 35i)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove INTAKING PORT .
- Remove front underbody protection
Unlock snap fastener.
Detach charge air duct (1) from charge air cooler (2).
Installation note:
- Coat sealing rings of snap fasteners with lubricant.
- Pressure pipes must audibly snap into place.
Pull pressure pipe (1) out of bracket (2).
Unfasten hose clamp (2).
Tightening torque 11 61 3AZ .
Release charge air duct (3) from gaiter (1).
NOTE:
Remove charge air duct (3) in upward direction by simultaneously turning counter-clockwise (see direction of arrow).
Assemble engine.
