Attaching the wastegate linkage to the wastegate valve actuator

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The adjustment nuts must be locked using 2 open-end wrenches. If only one open-end wrench is used, there is a risk of the electrical controller drive being damaged.
The adjustment nuts must be locked using 2 open-end wrenches. If only one open-end wrench is used, there is a risk of the electrical controller drive being damaged.
- Screw in the adjustment nut (1) at the electric wastegate valve actuator to the stop.
- Position the wastegate linkage in the direction of the arrow on the electric wastegate valve actuator.
- Close the adjusting lever by hand in the direction of the arrow.
- Position the adjustment nut (1) on the wastegate linkage.
- Tighten the lock nut (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Lock nut on wastegate valve controller to exhaust turbocharger M6 6.6 ± 1 Nm
