51 13 116 Removing and fitting (replacing) cowl panel cover (X6 2015-2019)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove BOTH WINDSCREEN WIPER ARMS .
• Remove both microfilter housing covers. Refer to 64 31 101 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT MICROFILTER HOUSING COVER REP-REP-RAF1564-6431101 - V.3 (X6 2015-2019) and 64 31 106 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT MICROFILTER HOUSING COVER REP-REP-RAF1564-6431106 - V.3 (X6 2015-2019) .

Release clips (1).

Feed out cover (2) towards top.

Installation note: 

Replace faulty clips (1) and associated grommets in body.

Make sure grommets (1) are correctly seated on wiper pivots.

Grommets (1) for wiper pivots must not be damaged.
