51 12 050 Removing and installing/replacing support for rear bumper panel (X6 2015-2019)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove BUMPER PANEL .

Removal: 

If necessary, release cable clip from support (3).

Remove covers (1) and slacken nuts.

Slacken nuts (2) and remove support (3).

Installation: 

Install support (3) and tighten nuts (2).

Tightening torque 51 12 1AZ .

Tighten nuts and install covers (1).

If necessary, mount cable clip to support (3).

Required follow-up work: 

• Mount BUMPER PANEL .
