Removing and installing or replacing trim for left or right door pillar (bottom) (X6 2015-2019)
51 43 150 Removing and installing or replacing trim for left or right door pillar (bottom)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove TOP TRIM PANEL FOR DOOR POST .
- Remove DOOR INNER FRONT SILL COVER STRIP .
Move front seat forwards.
Detach edge protection in area of trim panel (3).
Remove cover (1) from clamp (2) towards the top.
Detach trim panel (3) inwards at clips (4) and feed out.
Installation note:
Replace faulty clips (4).
Ensure edge protection is correctly positioned.
Replacement (depending on version):
Remount FRESH AIR GRILLE .
Remount AIR DUCT .
