Replacing left or right wheel bearing on rear axle shaft (X6 M)

Attention! 

Do not damage multipole impulse ring.

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove DRIVE FLANGE FOR REAR AXLE SHAFT .

Loosen screws (1).

Tightening torque 33 41 2AZ .

Remove wheel bearing.

Installation note: 

Replace screws (1).

Keep contact surface (1) of wheel bearing/wheel carrier clean and free from oil and grease.

After installation: 

• Adjust PARKING BRAKE .
