61 67 100 Removing and installing/replacing high-pressure nozzle of headlight cleaning system on left (or right)

Special tools required:

Use special tool 00 9 340 to lift the cover (1).

Slowly pull out high-pressure jet of headlight washer system from cover (1).

Unclip cover (2) from guide (1) at the side in direction of arrow and remove to the front.

Allow high-pressure nozzle of headlight washer system (3) to slide back slowly.

Press both catches (1) outwards and pull high-pressure jet (2) out of holder.

Unfasten and disconnect hose connection from high-pressure jet.

Installation note:

Keep hose connection for high-pressure jet (2) and high-pressure line clean and free from grease.

Make sure high-pressure line is correctly engaged on high-pressure jet (2).

If necessary, top up washer fluid.
