13 71 000 Removing and installing/replacing intake silencer housing (N20 hybrid drive)

WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life
Compliance with the following points is mandatory before beginning work:

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Removal:

Release the hose (1) at the intake filter housing.

Release hose (1) from clamp (2) and place it aside.

Unlock and disconnect plugs (3).

Release clamp (4).

Loosen the screws along the arrows.

Remove intake silencer housing (1) towards top.

Installation:

Feed in and install the intake filter housing (1).

Tighten screws along arrows.

Tightening torque 13 71 2AZ .

Secure the hose (1) to intake filter housing.

Secure the hose (1) with the clamp (2).

Connect and lock connector (3).

Connector (3) must snap audibly into place.

Tighten clamp (4).

Tightening torque 13 71 3AZ
