Replace power distribution box (N63 B40/B44 O 1, S63 B44 T 2) (X5 M)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Switch off ignition.
• Disconnect BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
• Remove MICROFILTER HOUSING .

Lever out expanding rivet.

Loosen locks in direction of arrow.

Feed out fresh-air duct (1) and remove.

Unlock and pull off all connectors (1) from power distribution module.

Remove cover (2).

Release nut beneath it and set positive battery cable aside.

Release screw (3).

Feed out and remove power distribution box (4).

Reassemble the vehicle.
