Removing and installing/replacing USB audio interface connecting socket (storage compartment, center console) (X5 M)
Special tools required:
- 00 9 340.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Open STORAGE COMPARTMENT .
Remove cover (1) using special tool 00 9 340 at latch mechanisms (2).
Remove cover (1) from storage compartment (3) and disconnect respective plug connections.
Release latch mechanisms (1) and press USB audio interface connecting socket (2) from cover (3).
Installation note:
- Latch mechanisms (1) must not be damaged or missing.
- Make sure USB audio interface connecting socket (2) is fitted correctly in cover (3).
