32 00 CHASSIS/WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATION - NORMAL POSITION F85

Car loaded down to normal position Vehicle with complete equipment for normal operation with: 2x 68 kg on front seats (seats in center position); 1x 68 kg on rear seat (center); 1x 21 kg in luggage compartment (center) and full fuel tank.

OBSERVE TEST CONDITIONS! .
Front axle:
Total toe-in   0° 14' ±12'
Adjustment total toe-in(1).   0° 14' ± 04'
Toe difference(2) single wheel between left/right   max. 12'
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')   - 0° 60' ± 30'
Adjustment camber(1).   - 0° 60' ± 25'
Toe difference angle   (difference between left/right max. 20')
Caster angle   (difference between left/right max. 30')
Front wheel offset   0° ± 15'
Maximum steering angle:
- Inner cornering wheel
- Outer cornering wheel

Rear axle:
Total toe-in   0° 10' ± 12'
Adjustment total toe-in(1).   0° 10' ± 04'

(1) To minimise adjusting errors (measuring inaccuracies), use a narrower tolerance for adjusting toe/camber.
