Removing and installing radiator (S63 B44 T 2) (X5 M)

Necessary preliminary taste: 

• Follow NOTES FOR CARRYING OUT REPAIR WORK  on the cooling system.
• Remove FAN COWL .
• Drain COOLANT .

Removal: 

Release screws (1).

Remove cover (2).

Unlock and pull off coolant hose (1) at the left from radiator.

Unlock and pull off coolant hose (1) at the right from radiator.

Release clamp (1) and detach coolant hose (1) from radiator.

Feed out radiator (2) toward top and remove.

Installation: 

Feed in radiator (2) and install.

Part:  Replace clamp (1).

Connect coolant hose to the radiator and fasten with clamp (1).

Connect coolant hose (1) on the right to the radiator.

The coolant hose (1) must audibly engage.

Connect coolant hose (1) on the left to the radiator.

The coolant hose (1) must audibly engage.

Install cover (2).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 5AZ. .

Required follow-up work: 

• Install FAN COWL .
• Top up COOLANT  and bleed cooling system.
