Removing and installing/replacing left luggage compartment wheel arch panel (with 3rd row of seats) (X5 M)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove STORAGE COMPARTMENT IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT .
• Remove TRIM PANEL FOR BOTTOM OF LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT .
• Remove COVER ON C-PILLAR AT BOTTOM .

Version with storage compartment package: 

Unscrew bolt (1) on lashing eye (2).

Version without lashing rail: 

Release clamps (1).

Release clamps (2).

Depending on the version, unlock and disconnect associated plug connections.

Feed out luggage compartment wheel arch trim (3).

Replacement: 

Depending on the version, remount power socket (1).

Version with storage compartment package: 

Remount multifunction hook (2).

Remount tensioning strap (3).
