Prerequisite for the use of BMW Professional telematics

Prerequisite for using the BMW Telematics Professional is a vehicle equipment with the required optional equipment. All online services based on the BMW TeleServices Report (TeleServices Report and BMW TeleServices Battery Guard) only function with the corresponding optional equipment. An activated pre-installed SIM card is required in the vehicle for advanced services.
Before diagnosis is performed on the vehicle, the contract data for the vehicle must be checked using the BMW Service Cockpit system. Known faults of the individual ConnectedDrive services can also be viewed in the BMW Service Cockpit system.
