16 19 004 Removing and installing/replacing filler pipe with filler neck on active reservoir

Urea/water mixture can escape when components carrying urea/water mixture are released. Have a collecting vessel ready.
Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

Maintain conditions of absolute cleanliness.
Connections and covers of lines carrying urea/water mixture must be cleaned thoroughly with water after each removal or before each installation!
Thoroughly clean the working area with water after repair work.
Use fluff-free cloths for cleaning .
Close connections and lines!
Thoroughly clean special tool with water after each use.

Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove WHEEL ARCH PANEL front section on right
Release quick-connect couplings (1).
Installation note:
Check latch mechanism of quick-connecting couplings (1) by pulling.
Unclip lines for filler neck (3) from holder (3).
Release screws (1).
Remove filler pipe with filler neck (2).
