22 11 001 Replacing right engine mount

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Draw off A/C SYSTEM .
• Remove the COWL PANEL COVER .
• Remove top BULKHEAD COVER .
• Remove the SERVOMOTOR FOR ECCENTRIC SHAFT .
• Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
• Remove the HEADLIGHT .
• Support engine with jack.

Removal: 

Release screw (1) and disconnect air conditioning line.

Pull off air conditioning line from holder (1).

Release holder (2) for the air conditioning line.

Release screws (3) and screws (4).

Turn engine mount (1) in direction of arrow and remove upwards.

Installation: 

Attach engine mount (1) and slide under the cross connection.

Turn engine mount (1) in direction of arrow.

Tighten screws (3) and screws (4).

Parts  : Replace screws (4).

Tightening torque, refer to: 22 11 1/2AZ .

Tighten holder (2) for the air conditioning line.

Clip in air conditioning line into holder (1).

Join air conditioning lines together and tighten screw (1).

Required follow-up work  :

• Remove jack from below engine.
• Install the WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR FILLER NECK .
• Install front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
• Install the HEADLIGHT .
• Install the SERVOMOTOR FOR ECCENTRIC SHAFT .
• Install the UPPER BULKHEAD COVER .
• Install the COWL PANEL COVER .
• Fill the A/C SYSTEM .
