000... Checking coolant level and concentration, correcting if necessary

Check connections, hose clamps and hoses for coolant residues and damage such as e.g. cracks.
Check coolant composition in expansion tank: Should be -35 °C to -40 °C.
Check coolant level in expansion tank. Coolant level must be between Min. and Max. marks. If necessary, top up coolant to max. fill level. If there is no coolant, also identify the cause and notify the customer.
During refill (for special allocation):
- If needed, drain coolant difference
- Top up prescribed coolant. Refer to: RADIATOR - OPERATING FLUIDS
