Checking cylinder head for watertightness
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Remove the trim strip (2).
- Position the cylinder head (1) on the special tool 2 361 215 so that the rubber washer points to the cylinder
head (1).
All water ducts on the cylinder head (1) must be closed.
- Tighten (1) the cylinder head on the special tool 2 361 215.

- Remove the venting connector (1).
- Install the valve of the special tool 2 361 215 on the cylinder head.

Check
- Heat up the cylinder head.

» Air bubbles form.
Measure
- Check the cylinder head for damage where the air bubbles form, if necessary repair or replace.
