Installing the turbocharger (cylinder head removed)

Replace gasket.
Parts: Gasket
Mount the seal so that the part number (1) is legible.

Mount gasket (1) .
If necessary, have the seal (1) affixed by a support person.
Ensure the correct installation of the seal (1) on the guide pins.

Insert the turbocharger and position it on the trim strip.
Secure turbocharger against falling down.
Mount the sliding bar (1) .

Tighten the nuts in the sequence (1) to (5) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head
Flange nut M7 Replace nuts.	1) Joining torque	10 Nm
	2) Joining torque	10 Nm
	3) Joining torque	16 Nm
	4) tightening torque	16 Nm

Check for correct installation of the seal between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head at the guide pins.
