Installing the coolant feed line for the right turbocharger

• Replace the banjo bolt of the coolant feed line.

  Parts:  Hollow bolt

• Replace seals (1)  .

• Feed in and install the coolant feed line for the left turbocharger.
• Position the coolant feed line.
• Position the banjo bolt (1)  and screw in several threads.
• Apply the banjo bolt (1)  hand-tight.

• Hand-tighten the bolt (1)  .

• Tighten the banjo bolt (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to turbocharger
  Hollow bolt	Replace the banjo bolt. Joining torque	8 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	60°

• Tighten down screw (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Coolant line to turbocharger
  M6x16	tightening torque	10 Nm

• Replace the sealing rings (1)  of the coolant lines (2)  .

• Connect coolant lines (4)  .
• Connect coolant lines (3)  .
• Tighten down screws (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

  M6x30	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Remove the lint-free rag (1)  .
