The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.

- Clean sealing surfaces (1) .
- Replace the sealing rings (1)
on connecting pipe (2)

- Coat sealing rings (1)
with coolant before installing.
- Replace the sealing rings (1)
on heat management module (2)
.

- Coat the sealing rings (1)
on the heat management module (2)
with coolant before installing.
- Guide in and install the connecting pipe (1)
in the arrow direction
on the heat management module (2)
.
- Insert and install the heat management module (1) with the connecting pipe (2) .
- Make sure that the connecting pipe (2)
is installed
correctly.
- Tighten down screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Heat exchange module to crankcase M6 Tightening torque 9 Nm - Secure the clamp (3) .
- Feed in and install coolant line (2) .
- Make sure that the coolant line (2) engages audibly.
- Connect and lock the connector (1) .
- Make sure the connector (1)
engages audibly.
- Connect and lock the connector (1) .
- Make sure the connector (1) engages audibly.
- Connect and lock coolant lines (2) and (3) .
- Ensure that coolant lines (2)
and (3)
snap in audibly.
- Guide in and install the support (4) for the intake plenum.
- Tighten the screws (3)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Support to cylinder head M6X16 tightening torque 8 Nm - Secure clamps (2) .
- Fasten the coolant line (1) on the support (4) for the intake plenum.
