51 76 035 Removing and installing/replacing left or right engine compartment lid seal locator

Special tools required: 

• 2 298 505

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove rear engine compartment lid seal. See 51 76 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR ENGINE HOOD/BONNET SEAL .

Lever out expanding rivets (1) with special tool 2 298 505 .

Remove cover (2).
