51 71 385 Removing and installing/replacing rear middle water gutter trim (rear lid)

Open luggage compartment.

Release clips (1).

Close luggage compartment.

Open soft top compartment cover.

Undo gasket (1) in area of cover (2).

Feed out and remove cover (2) on cable routings (3).

Installation note:

Ensure gasket (1) and cable routings (3) are properly secured.

IMPORTANT: If clip mountings are removed during further operations (e.g. painting), always replace these mounting to ensure water tightness.
