51 43 201 Removing and installing or replacing trim for roof pillar at front (A-pillar), left or right

IMPORTANT:
Do not use any sharp-edged tools to remove trim (risk of damage to head airbag).
Detach edge protection (1) in area of trim panel (2).
Release trim panel (2) inwards from first detent position of clamp (3).
Pull trim panel (2) upwards and feed out from clamp (3) and clip (4).
Installation note:
Make sure EDGE PROTECTION (1) is correctly seated.
Always replace clamp (3).
Installation note:
Always replace clamp (1).
Lever out clip (2) remaining in body and insert in trim panel.
Replace faulty clip (2).
Make sure guides (3) is correctly seated in associated mounts.
