Installing the cylinder head on the special tool (exhaust turbocharger removed)

Loosen the bearing journals (1) .
Remove the guide rail (2) towards the top.

NOTE: To provide a better overview: View from below.
Completely position the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 362 (11 9 000).
Position special tool 0 494 368 (11 9 003). Tighten the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 368 (11 9 003).
Position special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004). Tighten the cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004).
Turn the clamping device by 180°.
