Remove the backrest cover from the rear seat backrest

NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE HEAD RESTRAINT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE GUIDE SLEEVE FOR THE REAR HEAD RESTRAINT .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR PANEL ON REAR SEAT BACKREST, LEFT .
- Release the clip (1) on the rubber band.
- Rotate the backrest cover (1) in the direction of arrow and pull out to the front in the lower area (2) in the direction of arrow.
- Remove the backrest cover (1) with the cushion (2) in the direction of arrow towards the top.
- Release all clamps on the trim wires in the marked area.
- Remove the backrest cover from the upholstery.
- Completely remove the clamps from the backrest cover and the cushion.
