- Only shift trunk lid slowly hand force.

NOTE:
Perform the steps on the left and right side.
- Separate metal section (1) in accordance with the specified dimensions.
Dimension a = 15 mm
Dimension b = 10 mm
- If necessary, increase size of bore holes (1) by a maximum of 10 mm in diameter.
- Adjust and secure the outer section of the rear trim panel in combination with the tailgate and rear lights.
- Adjust and secure the inner section of the rear trim panel in combination with the tailgate and rear lights.
- Areas (1) to (4): Drill bore holes with 0 4.2 mm for blind rivets.
Area Number 1 11 2 2 3 1 4 6 - In areas (1), set 5 bore holes with diameter 4.2 mm for the blind rivets.
- Prepare areas (2) for joining by MAG welding.
