Install A-Pillar Reinforcement

- Apply sealant to cavity sealing (1).
- Install the new part and reinforcement plate (2) with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture.
- Weld the new part, the separating cut and the reinforcement plate (2) in the areas (3) as per the new part preparation process.
- Weld new part in areas (1)
and (2)
as per new part preparation processes.
- Weld the new part in areas (1)

- Install the new part outer skin of the A-pillar and reinforcement plates (2).
- Weld the new part and reinforcement plates in areas (3) and (4) as per new part preparation processes.
