Install The Outer Wheel Arch Section With The Reinforcement

Use only approved spot welder for repair.

Install the new outer wheel arch section part in areas (1) and (2) and weld it according to the new part preparation process.

Install the reinforcement new part of the C-pillar and the reinforcement plate.
Weld the new part in area (1) to the reinforcement plate.

Apply sealant to the inner cavity sealing (1). Install cavity sealing.
Install the reinforcement new part of the C-pillar and the reinforcement plate.
Weld new part in areas (2) to the reinforcement plate.
Apply sealant to the outer cavity sealing (3) install outer cavity sealing.
