Install the armrest on the door trim panel

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Saw off all welding pins on the armrest along the moldings (arrow).

Cut off the welding pins (1) on the handle along the molding.

Connect the armrest (2) with the handle (3).

Mount and tighten the bolt (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Repair screw to door trim panel
Oval-head screw	tightening torque	2.3 Nm

Install the armrest together with the handle.
NOTE: Sawn off welding pins must not protrude from the door trim panel.

Mount and tighten the repair screws (arrows).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Oval-head screw	tightening torque	2.3 Nm

Mount the lock washer (1).

Mount and tighten the repair screws (2).
