Remove the center console trim

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING GEARSHIFT LEVER COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE DECORATIVE TRIM FROM THE CENTER CONSOLE .
- Loosen screw (1).
- Release center console trim (2) from clamps (3) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) .
- Lift center console trim (2).
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove parking brake button (2) from center console trim (3) and place it down.
The plug connection must not be disconnected.
- Disconnect the remaining plug connections and remove center console trim (3).
