Replace the left or right trailing arm bearing support (X2 2018-2023)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Refer to REMOVING TRAILING ARM .
Removal:
Slacken nut (1).
Pull out screw.
Remove the trailing arm bearing support (2).
Installation:
Position the trailing arm bearing support (2).
Parts: Replace nut (1).
Insert bolt and screw on nut (1).
Adjust the trailing arm bearing support to dimension A in relation to the trailing arm.
- Dimension A = 18 mm (± 3 mm)
Tighten nut (1).
Tightening torque 33 32 4AZ .
Required follow-up work:
- Refer to INSTALLING THE TRAILING ARM .
- Carry out wheel alignment procedure. Refer to KINEMATICS DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WHEEL ALIGNMENT WITH RIDE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITHOUT LOADING THE VEHICLE .
