Checking coolant level and concentration, correcting if necessary (X2 2018-2023)

- Park vehicle on a horizontal surface
- Turn off engine
- Check connections, hose clamps and hoses for coolant residues and damage such as e.g. cracks.
- Check the coolant composition in all the expansion tanks, see NOTES FOR WORKING ON THE COOLING SYSTEM

The test conditions must be observed!
Test conditions for coolant level
Coolant must be cooled down.
- Check coolant level in all the expansion tanks
- The coolant level in all the expansion tanks must be overfilled above the MAXIMUM mark at a separate charge
