Installing the catalytic converter for cylinders 7 to 12 (front axle removed)

Replace seal (1) on catalytic converter.

If necessary, replace clamp (1) .
Parts: cl
Insert the catalytic converter (2) for the cylinders 7 to 12 and attach it with the circlip (1) .

Tighten clamp (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter to exhaust turbocharger
cl Replace clamp after disassembly.	Tightening torque	14 Nm

Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter to holder
M8 Replace screws.	Tightening torque	28 Nm

Tighten down screws (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter to holder
M8 Replace screws.	Tightening torque	28 Nm

Holder, catalytic conv. to transmission
M8x16 Replace screws.	Tightening torque	21 Nm
