Installing the right throttle body

• Replace the gasket (1) on the air duct.

• Insert the throttle body into the charge air pipe (2).
• Mount the throttle body to the charge air cooler.
• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to charge air cooler
  M6x22	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Tighten clamp (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to charge air pipe
  cl.	Tightening torque	3.3 Nm

• Tighten down screw (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle valve assembly to cylinder head cover
  M6	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Mount the cable (3) to the throttle body.

• Tighten the screw (1) below the throttle body.
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle valve assembly to cylinder head cover
  M6	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Fasten the cable with the clamp (2).

• Mount the oil dipstick tube (2) on the cylinder head cover.
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

  M8	Tightening torque	18 Nm

• Connect the tank ventilation line (1) to the air routing and lock audibly.
• Connect the connector (2) to the throttle body and lock it audibly.
