Damage to the instrument cluster (KOMBI) or the head unit
A ground offset can occur when releasing and connecting the cables. This can generate currents that render the instrument cluster (KOMBI) or the head unit unusable.
Damage to the instrument cluster (KOMBI) or the head unit
A ground offset can occur when releasing and connecting the cables. This can generate currents that render the instrument cluster (KOMBI) or the head unit unusable.
- When releasing: First release the APIX data cable (blue).
- When connecting: Connect the APIX data cable (blue) last.
- Connect the connector (1) to the instrument cluster (KOMBI) and lock.
- Connect the blue connector (2) to the instrument cluster (KOMBI) and lock.
- Guide in the instrument cluster (KOMBI) (2) in the direction of the arrow.
- Tighten down screws (1).
