Removing and installing or replacing left or right seat-belt extender (4' Series Coupe)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Bend sound insulation (2) to one side.

Unscrew nuts (3).

Release cable from guides and feed out seat-belt extender.

NOTE: If screw head turns it has to be held in crosswise position with pliers. Replace nuts after disassembly.

Swivel the seat belt extender outward in the direction indicated by the arrow (1).

Remove the seat belt extender out of the side trim by carefully guiding it in the direction indicated by the arrow (2).

Installation note:

Mount sleeves (1) correctly in rubber mount (2).
