Installing the throttle body
- Connect and lock the connector (1)
on the throttle body (2)
.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the throttle body (1) .
- Replace gaskets.
Parts: Seals
- Tighten screws (see arrows in illustration).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
| Throttle body to intake plenum | |
| 6X50 | Tightening torque 7 Nm |
- Insert and install charge air line (5) .
- Tighten down screws (4) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
| Charge air line to throttle valve | |
| M6x30 | tightening torque 8 Nm |
- Connect connectors (3) and lock.
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
All connectors must audibly engage.
