Removing and installing/replacing rear center console cover (4' Series Coupe/Convertible, 4' Series Gran Coupe Sedan)

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 325 

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

If necessary, mask center console (1) and cover (2) with plastic adhesive tape.

Press special tool 00 9 325  between center console (1) and cover (2).

Unclip cover (2) towards rear.

If necessary, unlock associated plug connections and disconnect.

Remove cover (2).

Installation note: 

Latches on cover and counterparts on center console must not be missing or damaged.

Replacement (depending on version): 

• Modify FRESH AIR GRILLE IN REAR PASSENGER COMPARTMENT (1)
• Modify 12 V CHARGING SOCKET (2)
• Modify SWITCH (3)
