Removing and installing/replacing striker for tailgate lock (4' Series Gran Coupe Sedan)

Necessary preliminary work:

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 24 8AZ .

Feed out striker (2) for tailgate catch in marked area.
