REP-TAT-P-1136-07 Tightening the VANOS central valve

• To tighten the VANOS central valve (1), use the reversible ratchet (2) from the special tool 0 496 855  with the special tool 2 450 487  .

• To tighten the VANOS central valve (1), use special tool 0 496 855  .

• Tighten the VANOS central valve of the intake adjuster (1) with special tool 0 496 855  or 2 450 487  .

TIGHTEN TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

M12 x 1	1. Joining torque	30 Nm
	2. Joining torque	50 Nm
	3. Angle of rotation	65°
M21 x 1	1. Joining torque	10 Nm
	2. Joining torque	30 Nm
	3. Joining torque	50 Nm
	4. Angle of rotation	28°
M22 x 1	1. Joining torque	30 Nm
	2. Joining torque	50 Nm
	3. Angle of rotation	28°
